A recoverable rep is one small action that is slightly beyond your current normal but not so hard that it wrecks tomorrow. Zynto uses this to make growth feel more like strength training and less like self-punishment.
What does readiness change?
Readiness check-ins help Zynto choose the right size for today's rep. Better sleep, lower stress, higher energy, and more available time can support a stretch. Low readiness can make the day lighter.
Does Zynto require AI?
No. Zynto includes on-device coaching and growth rules by default. Zynto AI is an optional subscription feature for cloud coach replies, but the core app remains useful without it.
How do I manage or restore Zynto AI?
Zynto AI is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription. The current price appears in the app before purchase. To restore access, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and choose Restore Purchases in Zynto Settings or the subscription screen. Manage or cancel renewal in your device's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Turning off Zynto Cloud or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
What is shared with cloud coaching?
After you give permission, your message and a limited summary of your current rep, readiness, pace, streak, completion rate, and coaching tone pass through Nerdquad's Zynto Cloud service to OpenAI. You can switch cloud coaching off in Settings and keep using the local coach. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
Why did I get a local reply?
The local coach is used when cloud coaching is off, there is no active subscription, or the cloud service is unavailable. If you have an active subscription, check your internet connection and the Zynto Cloud setting. A fallback reply is labeled in the conversation.
How do I remove my data?
Choose Settings > Reset Local Data to remove your local growth history and conversations. This does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase existing cloud operational records. Email jerry@nerdquad.com for help with cloud data access or deletion.
Is Zynto advice?
Zynto is a coaching tool, not medical, financial, legal, crisis, or emergency advice. AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for your situation. Use your judgment and get qualified help when the stakes are high.
